GuidoLux provides interior design consulting services specializing in compact apartments under 50 square meters in Santiago, Chile. Our services include space assessment, design recommendations, furniture arrangement guidance, storage solutions, lighting design, and color selection consulting.
Service Scope and Limitations
Our consulting services provide design recommendations and guidance. We do not:
- Perform construction or renovation work
- Provide architectural or structural engineering services
- Guarantee specific outcomes or results
- Assume responsibility for implementation by third parties
- Provide warranties on products or materials recommended
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your space and requirements
- Allow access to your property for in-home assessments when applicable
- Review and approve design recommendations before implementation
- Obtain necessary permits or approvals for any modifications
- Hire qualified professionals for any construction or installation work
- Pay agreed fees according to the payment terms
Fees and Payment
Consulting fees are determined based on project scope and complexity. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before service commencement. Fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, drawings, and recommendations created by GuidoLux remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their personal project only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made with appropriate notice may receive partial refunds. Work already completed is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
GuidoLux provides consulting services based on professional expertise and industry standards. However, we are not liable for:
- Outcomes resulting from implementation by others
- Product defects or failures
- Construction or installation errors by third parties
- Changes made to approved designs without our consultation
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
